About Me

Michelle Atkins is a personal trainer and fitness motivational coach known for her ways to make fitness creative to keep her clients motivated to move. 

Michelle's training style has incorporated various techniques which include resistance training, high intensity interval training along with mobility drills which allows the body to remain free from pain and injury. 

Growing up as an only child from Kentucky with a military father, she chose to view life's obstacles as lessons and became stronger with a "by any means necessary" approach to life.
